We care about protecting your privacy and your personal data. Please read this privacy policy carefully. You will find information about what types and categories of personal data we process, for what purposes and on what legal basis we process them. This policy also includes information about what rights you have in relation to the processing of your personal data and how you can exercise them.
First, let us explain the meaning of the terms used in this policy:
"GDPR" means Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.
"Personal data" means all personal data that relate to a specific living natural person who is identifiable or could be identified through such data, and which we process for one of the purposes set out in this privacy policy.
"Controller" is the specific entity that determines the purpose of the processing of personal data. In this case, that entity is us: SoluPro s.r.o., ID No.: 55 667 481, with registered office at Šafárikova trieda 336/8, Košice - Západ 040 11, Slovakia. Therefore, whenever this policy uses the terms "we", "us", etc., it refers to SoluPro s.r.o. As the controller, we may entrust the processing of personal data to a processor, based on a data processing agreement concluded between us and the processor. The processor may also further entrust the processing of personal data to another entity.
"Processor" is a person other than the controller who processes personal data on behalf of the controller (i.e. on our behalf) in a specific case. The processor processes your personal data on our behalf based on a contractual relationship between us, as the controller and the processor, or between processors mutually. The processor is subject to all requirements and obligations arising from the GDPR.
"User" is you, the customer, to whom we provide the service consisting of using the web interface https://solupro.sk.
"Portal" means the web interface https://solupro.sk. The Portal includes all and any parts of the website, its subpages, their content, source and machine code as available and operated at any time on the above-mentioned domain.
All personal data is provided to us voluntarily. You should therefore consider carefully to what extent you share it with us. However, without providing certain necessary personal data, we may not be able to start our mutual cooperation, respond to your inquiry or request, or conclude a contract. You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and truthfulness of the personal data provided, and we, as the controller, will rely on their accuracy, completeness, and truthfulness. In this regard, we cannot bear any liability for any damage that may be caused to you or any third person in connection with the provision of inaccurate, incomplete, or false personal data.
The above data does not by itself allow us to identify a specific natural person. It therefore becomes personal data only when we link it to a specific identified or identifiable living natural person, e.g. in some cases when using the portal with a logged-in user account.
We process your personal data to the extent that you have filled in the individual fields of the web form when creating and managing a user account, for the purpose of performing the contract between us, in accordance with the General Terms of Portal Use. The legal basis for processing personal data is in this case the performance of a contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. We will process your personal data only for the necessary period, which is individual for each type of data. We will process and store your personal data for the duration of your user account and subsequently for 4 years after the termination of your user account or the contract concluded between us through the Portal, for the purpose of defending against possible claims. Data on individual card transactions will be retained for a minimum of 10 years. After the expiry of these periods, personal data will be destroyed or further retained for the period required by applicable law.
We also process your personal data, specifically first name, surname, and email address, for the purpose of sending direct marketing messages (newsletter) to your email address in order to inform you about our news and current information about our services. The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, in carrying out direct marketing in order to provide you with information and offer services that may be relevant and interesting to you. We will process your personal data for this purpose until you unsubscribe from direct marketing messages or raise an objection to the processing of your personal data for this purpose.
We also process your personal data, including data obtained from your use of the portal as described above, for the purpose of providing, improving, and optimizing portal operation, as well as to enhance user comfort, provide technical support, or perform analytical and statistical evaluation of usage. Furthermore, for profiling, detecting and preventing misuse (including fraud prevention, security incidents, and similar activities), or for risk assessment and compliance with legal obligations. The legal basis for processing personal data is in this case our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, specifically to ensure proper portal operation and optimization of its functionalities. In addition, the legal basis is also the performance of the contract created by opening a user account, within the meaning of Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. We will process your personal data for this purpose for the duration of your user account and for 4 years after its termination. You can prevent this processing by disabling the use or storage of cookies on your device by changing your browser settings. However, some portal features may then not work properly. You can also delete cookies stored on your device. You can also browse our portal in 'private mode', which will limit the scope of data stored by cookies.
We process your personal data, specifically first name, surname, email address, phone number, and any other data you choose to provide via the contact form or by email, for the purposes of mutual communication and handling your questions, requests, or inquiries. The legal basis for processing personal data is in this case also our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR to ensure our operations and administration and provide assistance and support to our customers. Your personal data will be processed for this purpose for the time necessary to respond to your question, request, or inquiry, or until other measures are taken in relation to your question, request, or inquiry, but no longer than 3 years. After this period, your personal data will be deleted.
We also process your personal data, specifically first name, surname, email address, and any other data you choose to provide via the contact form or by email, for the purposes of examining, assessing, carrying out actions, handling, and informing you about the handling of your request relating to exercising any of the rights under Articles 15 to 22 GDPR. The legal basis for processing personal data is in this case the performance of our legal obligation under Article 6(1)(c) GDPR. Your personal data will in this case be processed and retained for 10 years from the date of receipt of the request.
All our processors process personal data in accordance with this policy. Processors provide sufficient guarantees that appropriate technical and organizational measures are in place so that the processing of your personal data meets the requirements of the GDPR and data protection law. The processing of your personal data does not involve its transfer outside the European Economic Area.
All personal data we collect and process is protected by appropriate technical means and security measures to prevent unauthorized access or misuse. We continuously improve and implement new administrative, technical, and organizational measures to ensure adequate security of personal data. Notwithstanding all our measures, it should be kept in mind that data transmission over the internet and any electronic data storage cannot always be 100% secure. Parts of the portal may contain links to third-party websites and services that are not owned or operated by us. We have no control over these websites and services. These websites may use their own tools to collect information and data about you, including your personal data.
We may charge a fee for repeated access to personal data.
You have the right to request that we correct, without undue delay, your inaccurate personal data and, with regard to the purpose of their processing, also the right to have incomplete personal data completed.
You have the right to request that we provide you with personal data relating to you in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, or that we transmit such personal data to another controller. This applies only where the legal basis for their processing is your consent or the performance of a contract and the processing was carried out by automated means.
You have the right to raise an objection to the processing of your personal data where such processing is based on our legitimate interest. Based on your objection, we will assess whether, taking into account your specific situation, the protection of your legitimate interest prevails over ours. In this connection, you have in particular the right to object to the processing of personal data for direct marketing purposes.
If you have doubts about the way in which we process your personal data, you have the right to initiate proceedings for the protection of personal data before the Office for Personal Data Protection by lodging a complaint.
We may change or update this policy at any time. If we make any changes, we will publish the new version on the portal and notify you as necessary. The amended privacy policy shall be valid and effective from the date we specify as its effective date, and by using the portal (each visit to the web interface https://solupro.sk) you express your agreement with these new terms.
If you have any questions, suggestions, or requests relating to this policy, or wish to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data or exercise your rights, contact us via email at: help@solupro.sk
