"Terms" means these terms of use of the web portal solupro.sk.
"Portal" means the web interface solupro.sk. The Portal includes all and any parts of the website, its subpages, their content, source code and machine code as available and operated at any time on the above domain.
"Portal Provider" means SoluPro s. r. o., Company ID: 55667481, with registered office at Safarikova trieda 336/8, Kosice - Zapad city district 040 11, registered in the Commercial Register of the Municipal Court Kosice, section Sro, file 57509/V.
"Portal Operator" means us: SoluPro s. r. o., Company ID: 55667481, with registered office at Safarikova trieda 336/8, Kosice - Zapad city district 040 11. Whenever these Terms use the words "we", "us", etc., this means SoluPro s.r.o.
"User" means you, the customer to whom we provide the service consisting of use of the web interface solupro.sk. Whenever these Terms use "you" or "your", this means you as the User of the Portal.

2. As the Portal Operator, we provide Users with information about our services, their characteristics and prices, as well as other information about us. In this respect, we reserve the right to extend or modify any information about our services in order to present them accurately and keep all displayed information up to date.
3. These Terms apply to anyone who uses the Portal in any way. By using the Portal, you agree to these Terms and by accepting them you confirm that under applicable law you are capable of complying with and fulfilling all rules, conditions, obligations, commitments, representations and warranties stated herein.
4. We are entitled to amend or modify these Terms at any time. The amended Terms become valid and effective upon publication on the website or mobile application of the Portal (if created). By using the Portal (each use of the Portal), you express your consent to the new Terms as well.
5. If you do not agree with any terms stated in these Terms, you are not authorized to use the Portal and should discontinue its use. Your access to the Portal may be restricted in such a case. If you are dissatisfied with any part of the Portal or its functionality, or with our services, the only way to express disagreement is to stop using the Portal.

10. We reserve the right at any time to change, supplement, suspend, or terminate operation of the Portal or any part of it. We also reserve the right to add new restrictions relating to use of the Portal.
11. You are not entitled to assert any claims, damages, losses, or compensation against us or the Portal Provider in connection with change, supplementation, suspension, or termination of operation of the Portal or any part thereof, or in connection with your use of the Portal.

In case of your breach of the Terms, inactivity longer than 6 months, or cancellation or limitation of Portal functionality in accordance with these Terms, your customer account may be blocked or deleted and your access to the customer account and any account content may be restricted. We are not obliged to make account content available to you after account deletion.
8. If you wish to cancel or delete your account, please contact us at help@solupro.sk. After successful verification of your account deletion request, your account will be deleted.
1. We, SoluPro s.r.o., are the exclusive owner and holder of all proprietary rights and other intellectual property rights to the content located on the Portal and any part thereof. The owner of the platform ensuring the Portal's functionality is the Portal Operator.

By accepting these Terms and using the Portal, you do not acquire any proprietary rights, licenses, sublicenses, or other rights to the Portal (in particular not the right to modify, alter, interfere with, process, adapt and create derivative works, create copies of the Portal, or further distribute the Portal or its copies, etc.). The Portal and all its components, including photographs, videos, graphic elements, their layout, texts, interfaces, and other components are protected under the law of the Slovak Republic and international intellectual property treaties. Any use of the Portal other than in accordance with these Terms requires our prior written consent.
3. You are not entitled to alter the source code or machine code of the Portal or attempt reverse engineering, or otherwise interfere with its functionalities. The Portal is not provided under any free/open distribution license (GNU GPL or other open licenses).
