Terms & Conditions

1. The Portal may be used only by persons aged 16 years or older.

2. As a User of the Portal, you undertake:

• a. to use the Portal only in a lawful manner, in accordance with these Terms and the applicable laws of the Slovak Republic;
• b. not to resell, lease, provide for consideration or free of charge, the Portal or any part of it to third parties (e.g., as "cloud computing" or "software as a service").

3. As a User of the Portal, you must not:

• collect, process, or otherwise handle personal data or other content belonging to the Portal Operator or other users of the Portal for any purpose.
• without our explicit consent and the consent of the Portal Provider, use automated means and tools (robots) to download, analyze, and obtain data and content from the Portal, classify them, or otherwise use them contrary to these Terms or without our consent, except for non-commercial internet search engines and non-commercial public archives;
• access without authorization any computer program, systems, servers, or infrastructure of the Portal or other systems of the Portal Provider, or perform activities that threaten operation of the Portal, reduce its quality, or disrupt its functionality;
• attempt to log into the Portal as another user without that user's explicit consent.

4. You may use the Portal only in the usual way, using internet browsers, or through a mobile application created by us, if it exists. Do not access the Portal by means other than designated programs and interfaces.

5. You must not misuse the Portal. We and the Portal Provider are entitled, at our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate any use of the Portal that is contrary to these Terms or otherwise, at our sole discretion, interferes with operation and use of the Portal.

6. Any restrictions set out in this article of the Terms apply generally, except where a specific use of the Portal is expressly permitted by generally binding legal regulations, and then exclusively to the extent of such legal permission.

7. In connection with use of the Portal, we may place third-party advertising in individual sections of the Portal. We are entitled to change and expand the scope of such advertising at our sole discretion.

8. The Portal may also use other third-party services. Use of such services may be governed by the terms of those service providers.

9. The Portal may contain links to other websites and files. Neither we nor the Portal Provider control the content of such websites and files and we are in no way responsible for their content, services, and materials.

10. We reserve the right at any time to change, supplement, suspend, or terminate operation of the Portal or any part of it. We also reserve the right to add new restrictions relating to use of the Portal.

11. You are not entitled to assert any claims, damages, losses, or compensation against us or the Portal Provider in connection with change, supplementation, suspension, or termination of operation of the Portal or any part thereof, or in connection with your use of the Portal.

1. It is possible to create a customer account on the Portal. Each User may have only one customer account.

2. You can create a customer account by completing and submitting the registration form on the Portal. The customer account allows you to use certain additional Portal functionalities, or to access certain parts of the Portal that are not available to unregistered Users.

3. If you create a customer account on the Portal, login will be secured by a password you set, which you may change at any time.

4. By creating a customer account, you agree and are responsible:

• for providing current, accurate, and complete information required during registration;
• for maintaining the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of the information provided;
• for taking all measures necessary to protect your password and account.

5. If, while using the Portal, you allow third parties to use the Portal through your account, you are responsible for ensuring that such third parties comply with these Terms while using the Portal. Any breach of these Terms by such persons shall be considered your breach of these Terms.

6. If you suspect that the security of your account has been compromised and/or a third party has gained unauthorized access to your account, please contact us without undue delay. If we suspect that your account security has been compromised and/or a third party has gained unauthorized access to your account, we may take necessary security measures (e.g., block your account; in that case the account owner must request unblocking). In such cases, we are not liable for damages arising in connection with compromise of your account security or unauthorized third-party access to your account.

7. In case of your breach of the Terms, inactivity longer than 6 months, or cancellation or limitation of Portal functionality in accordance with these Terms, your customer account may be blocked or deleted and your access to the customer account and any account content may be restricted. We are not obliged to make account content available to you after account deletion.

8. If you wish to cancel or delete your account, please contact us at help@solupro.sk. After successful verification of your account deletion request, your account will be deleted.

1. Both the Portal Provider and we use maximum effort to improve operation of the Portal. Nevertheless, with regard to technical aspects of its operation and functioning, we cannot provide a guarantee of one hundred percent availability and fault-free operation. The Portal is operated and provided in the state in which it is ("as is"), without any guarantees or representations.

2. As the Portal Operator, we therefore provide none of the following guarantees and representations:

• the Portal will be provided timely, without interruption, and without errors;
• the Portal will be compatible and cooperate without defects with other hardware, software, systems, or data;
• errors in the Portal will be removed properly and in a timely manner;

3. We are not liable for defects of the Portal and provide no warranty for quality or functioning of the Portal.

4. We, as the Portal Operator, nor the Portal Provider, nor statutory representatives, directors, employees, workers, agents, and suppliers are in no case liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profit), damage to reputation, or data arising from use of the Portal, availability, reliance on use, features and functions of the Portal, inability to use the Portal, change or blocking of the Portal, even if you have informed us of such possibility.

5. We bear no liability for faults, outages, or interruptions of the Portal caused by faults, outages, or interruptions of your systems, public communication networks, or electricity supply.

6. If a certain warranty must be provided to you under the relevant jurisdiction, then we provide only that warranty to that extent and exclude warranty in all other respects.
